Trainee Recruitment Consultant

**JOB TITLE**: Trainee Recruitment Consultant with OTE of 45k in year 1

**SALARY**: 22.5k basic + OTE (45k in year 1, 50-70 in year 2, 70+ in year 3)

**CANDIDATE**: My client is looking for exceptional graduates to join their business in the first few months of 2012. They are looking for people across the business to join with the finance, technical, law, operations and front office teamsso lots of opportunities for the right people are on offer.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
As a minimum requirement, my client is looking for you to have a 2:1 or higher from a top University, have good evidence of solid work and sales skills and good evidence of achievements on the sports pitch or academically.
