Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Quality: Support the adoption of digital tools and data analytics for quality management, ensuring a seamless transition to digital records and predictive quality strategies.
- Collaborative Quality Assurance: Foster strong partnerships with Integrated Project Teams to integrate quality standards throughout the supply chain and product lifecycle.
- Drive Transformative Quality: Lead a crusade for change, transforming supplier interactions from transactional to collaborative, fostering a culture where quality is the universal language.
- Audit with Agility: Conduct dynamic supplier audits with a keen eye for innovation, identifying opportunities for quantum leaps in quality and efficiency.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Familiarity with NATO quality assurance requirements, including AQAP 2110 for design, development, and production, and AQAP 2310 for aviation, space, and defence suppliers.
- Understanding and experience with AS9100 standard requirements for the aerospace industry.
