Are you a passionate Project Manager, looking for an exciting new role?
Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Project Manager to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Cornwall working as part of their Project Management team.
The business are market leaders within the renewable energy sector working and supporting clients all over the country to advise design, build and install their renewable energy sources.
**Principle Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
- **
- To provide Project Management and oversee the elements of design, construction and installation relating to solar PV sites.
- Project Management when working on construction and operation of medium to large scale wind farms.
- To write risk assessments and method statements relating to project management health & safety.
- Working on project design, estimation, as well as budgeting and procurement
- Attending and conducting site visits to advise and evaluate suitability for solar installs.
- Provide technical input throughout stage projects.
- Maintaining and building relationship with clients for collaboration.
- Ability to travel throughout the UK.
**Person specification:
- **
- Experience and knowledge within the renewable energy industry, with an insight on commercial solar PV design, installation and operation.
- Excellent commitment to Health & Safety, good understanding of H&S legislation as applicable to construction projects.
- Experience and understanding of solar project finances.
- Great attention to detail and process focused approach.
- Fantastic organisation and communication skills.
- High level of skill with Excel.
- Experience using 2D AutoCAD.
- Must hold Full UK driver’s license.
This is a full time permanent Project Manager position, **Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00**, offering an annual salary of £22,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience plus annual company benefits to include 30 days holiday (including bank holidays),pension scheme, and free car parking.
