RAC have an exciting and interesting new role, we are on the lookout for an experienced **Project Manager** to join our **Transformation and Change Team**. This hybrid, permanent role is perfect for someone to thrives working in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience in supplier management.

This position can be based at either our Bescot, Bradley Stoke or Stretford Office.

Working within this team, the core function of this role is to be directly responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of a number of large Transformation & Change projects.

**What You’ll Do**
- Day-to-day management and execution of a wide range of Transformation & Change projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Follow the defined Stage Gate Process
- Stakeholder management at a senior level including Project Sponsor, Project SMEs, Finance Business Partner, Corporate customers and external third party suppliers.
- Identification, analysis and management of risks, issues and dependencies through the definition and implementation of appropriate management strategies and action plans
- Management of project finances and spend against baseline budget

**What You Need**

It would be advantageous if you had experience in either technical change, Financial Services or Insurance along with;
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple Transformation & Change programmes/projects
- Significant experience and knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- E2E delivery across the Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience of using Project scheduling tools such as Jira and MS Project
- Project Management Accreditation (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, APM)
