Asbestos Surveyor

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a wide range of Asbestos surveys to both domestic and commercial builings accross North Wales.
- Creating detailed reports and drawings using our on-site data collection systems.
- Collaborate with a range of key stakeholders including: clients, tenants, trade and construction teams to provide accurate survey information for projects.

Skill & Experience:

- BOHS P402 qualified (or equivilant) with at least 12months site experience as a lead surveyor across domestic and commercial settings. Industrial experience is adventagous.
- Keen eye for detail and quality driven.
- Full driving license (preferably clean).
- IT literate with good written and verbal communication.
- Professional and reliable team player.
- Demonstrable competence with surveying techniques and equipment, such as: working at height and the use of power and hand tools for surveying purposes.
- Cleared for DBS checks.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
