Property Agent

Conducting check-in/ Out inspections:
- Inspecting the property for any damages, cleanliness issues, or missing items before a new tenant moves in.
- Documenting the condition of the property, including taking photographs and making detailed notes.
- Providing a written report to the property manager prior to move-in.
- Inspecting the property when a tenant moves out to assess any damages or cleaning needed.
- Comparing the condition of the property to the initial report from the check-in inspection.
- Documenting any changes or damages that occurred during the tenant's occupancy.
Communicating findings:
- Communicating any issues or repairs needed to the property manager or landlord.
- Following up with tenants and property managers to ensure that any necessary repairs or cleaning are completed before a new tenant moves in.
Providing excellent customer service:
- Building positive relationships with tenants by conducting inspections in a professional and respectful manner.
- Addressing any questions or concerns from tenants regarding the inspection process.
- Ensuring that all inspections are conducted in a timely and efficient manner to minimize vacancy periods for rental properties.
Conducting communal inspections:
- Inspecting communal areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, gardens, and car parks to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Documenting any issues found during inspections such as damage, cleanliness issues, or missing items.
- Checking the bin store and report to the management team
Communication:
- Maintaining positive relationships with residents and communicating any issues found during inspections to the property management team.
- Updating the property management team on any changes to communal area policies or guidelines.
Providing customer service:
- Responding to questions or concerns from residents regarding communal areas in a professional manner.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service in order to ensure resident satisfaction.
You will be well presented, organised and self sufficient with a can do attitude. you will have flexibility within your week and confident to work autonomously.
**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £10,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
