**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent
**Location**: Homebased with frequent travel and overnight stays
**Working Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 4:30PM)
**Salary**: Starting from £39,500 per year
Here at VIVO are currently recruiting for a Lead Auditor to support the Accommodation and Built Estate Contracts across the business.
Reporting to the Compliance Manager and working within a team of 6 auditors, you will be responsible for the VIVO internal audit programme and contractual audits completed with the Customer. You will be undertaking tasks such as; arranging audits with auditees and client representatives, carrying out internal and supplier audits, creating and reviewing audit scope documents, issuing professional audit reports within the set timescales and completing audit reports and audit actions onto databases.
You will also be responsible for identifying, raising and managing responses to non-conformances and identifying opportunities for improvement. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the internal audit programme in order to meet annual targets, along with producing monthly audit reports.
**What You Need To Do The Job**:
First and foremost, you must have demonstrable experience in a Quality Auditing role and hold the qualification 9001 ISO in Lead Auditor Training, or alternatively ISO 45001 or ISO 14001. Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels. You must be able to produce accurate and concise reports and be computer literate.
It is also essential you hold a clean, Full UK driver’s license as there will be frequent and extensive travel that will include overnight stays, which you will be provided with either a car allowance or a pool vehicle.
