**About this opportunity**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a system and learning support assistant coordinator within our Organisational Development and Workforce Training team. This post will appeal to applicants who have an interest in and demonstrable knowledge of ICT systems, Office 365, administration processes, finance, and customer service, then we want to hear from you.
This is a varied role, where you will collaborate with both colleagues across the council and external organsations / partners. You will work closely with the team supporting training requests, day to day operational tasks, working on different systems including, the Learning Management System (LMS), Service Now, Trent and E5 Finance system.
In this role you will primarily Co-ordinate, record and monitor the data input in support of learning activities to enable accurate management information.
We will provide training to be part of a wider training development team offering future opportunities in different specialisms.
