**What’s on Offer**

Agincare Enable are currently recruiting for a** Team Leader **to join our supported living service for people with complex needs and learning disabilities. The role will be based in Rainham, Medway.
- **Up to £23,000 per year**:

- Full time - 40 hours per week

**About the role**

The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that users of the services are provided with safe and effective care that enables them to maintain a good quality of life. This will be by monitoring their physical and mental wellbeing and providing them or their advocates with information around the care and treatment choices available to them.

They will be responsible for ensuring that assessed requirements are reflected in up to date and relevant care plans - arranging input and reviews from the appropriate multi-disciplinary stakeholders as required.

They will support the Registered Manager with ensuring that the day to day provision of services runs smoothly and in line with national and local regulations, as well as the supervision and line management of Support Workers.

**About You**
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Minimum of two years' experience working with services users with complex needs and/or learning disabilities
- Previous management/supervisory experience
- Demonstrable up to date knowledge of the care sector and regulatory framework
- Experience with managing budgets desirable
