Adigo Care is looking to recruit experienced Team Leaders for permanent positions, working at our Whitburn Office / West Lothian Area.

If you have Caring experience, then we would like to hear from you. The role will involve Supervising your Team and supporting vulnerable adults within their homes and community.

**Responsibilities**:

- On-Call Duties Rolling Rota
- **_ Week 1_**, 7am - 1pm and 5pm - 10pm (Mon, Thurs, Fri)
- **_ Weeks 2,_** 7 am - 1 pm and 5 pm - 10 pm (Tue, Wed,) and 7am - 10pm (Sat, Sun)
- If Care is required between 1 pm and 5 pm this is paid at an hourly rate
- All aspects of care covering holidays and sickness when required
- Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting Clients, when required, with all aspects of daily living.
- Support training and supervision of junior and new Staff Members in all aspects of their work in the Care Centre, under the supervision of senior Staff Members.
- Assist Clients in all aspects of their care needs (e.g. physical, emotional, and spiritual). Provide supervision and attention when needed, ensuring Clients retain their comfort and dignity.
- Complete, observe, & review care planning needs for Clients, and complete written daily records as instructed and in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
- Carry out regular checks on Clients at intervals determined by senior Staff Members.
- Have a current PVG or be willing to join the scheme
- Have SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) membership or be willing to join the scheme
- A can-do, positive attitude

- Be Kind, Caring, and Strive to provide the highest level of care and support possible to vulnerable service users
- The ability to confidently work alone and as part of a wider team
- Be able to work using your own initiative
- Car driver/owner

**Benefits include**:

- £23,000 PA
- 20 days annual leave
- Mileage paid at 30p a mile
- Full and extensive training
- On-going support from management through regular team meetings, supervision and annual personal development assessment. Due to the nature of the role, experience in care is preferred. You will need to hold N/SVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
