We seek to appoint an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a fantastic school in Kidderminster.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Supervise lessons for absent teachers as required.
- To facilitate and encourage learning which helps all students achieve their potential.
- To work with colleagues to support high standards of behaviour and attainment.
- To implement school policies and procedures.

Experience of working with or caring for secondary school aged children is essential.

Hours of work are:
Monday - Friday - 8.30 am - 3.30pm
37 Hours Per Week (30 minutes lunch each day) - Part time hours are available.
Term Time Only
The post of cover supervisor incorporates a wide range of experiences, fulfilling opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to school life.

It also give employees the opportunity to forge important relationships with colleagues and students alike. For this reason, the post is an excellent route into the profession, and can allow experience to be gained which can support a subsequent progression into teaching.

**Salary**: £85.00-£120.00 per day

- Monday to Friday
