We’re looking for an Administrator to join our customer support team within our Energy division in Score Group, based in Peterhead on a 6-month fixed term contract.

**About the role**

This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to support our Customer support team with the day to administration of all enquiries that come into the team from our global client base.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Filling out the sales form, making the team aware of the opportunity and asking for their opinion on it
- Adding a line into the quote register, and or asking the relevant team members to do this
- Issue quote and CR to the approver
- Issue quote to the client and update the quote register
- Support with any other administrative duties as required
**Qualifications**
- Qualification in an administrative discipline is preferred but experience will be taken into consideration
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative position is essential
- Experienced in using Microsoft packages is essential
- Previous experience supporting a fast-paced sales team is preferred
**Behaviours and skills**
- Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well as a team member and to take own initiative
- A clear appreciation for confidentiality and handling confidential information
