**Job Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Courier Driver to join our team. If you have a passion for driving, excellent customer service skills, and want to work for a supportive company, this could be the perfect role for you

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Job and knock), plus occasional weekends and flexibility needed to suit the business (early starts or late night finishes - additional payments for these)

As a self employed Van Driver you will be driving one of our Long Wheel Based vans.

The role will mainly require you to carry out various deliveries around the UK, these deliveries are primarily business to business.

**This role will involve**:

- Safely delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Sorting, Loading and unloading the van with care and ensuring that heavy lifting is performed safely and efficiently.
- Some handball may be required at some of the delivery points. Equipment provided to adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure correct completion of paperwork, minimum all paperwork is signed and dated by customer.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle.
- Providing excellent customer service at every stop.
- Maintaining high standards of communication.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report mechanical or electrical issues.
- Observe the highway code and all notified speed limits.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a van driver or in a similar delivery driver role.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent driving skills with a valid driving licence suitable for commercial driving.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes is advantageous.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.

**What You Need**:

- A valid UK driving license with no major endorsements. Maximum of 6 points with no active IN, DR, DD, TT or CD codes
- Experience in driving long wheel base vans (preferred).
- Experience in courier work is preferred but not essential.
- Have good spoken and written English
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, ensuring deliveries are completed with the correct processes
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be reliable and offer flexibility to the service demands
- Good time management and communication skills.

- Ability to maintain a high level of respect and good manners and present a high level of professionalism
- Able to commute to a from the delivery station located in Bradford.

Pay: From £75.00 per day

**Experience**:

- Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
