Recruitment Onboarding Administrator

One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the financial services industry is looking for a Recruitment Onboarding Administrator who is looking for an opportunity to build a long term career within a reputable company andwho can utilise their skills in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
You will be joining their People Operations Team supporting 3 business lines. Combined this is a £100m turnover business that is highly profitable. The department style is assertive and challenging, focused yet fun and there will be genuine opportunities forpeople to develop.
**As a Recruitment Onboarding Administrator, you will**:
- Maintaining a good relationship with the contractors throughout their engagement proving support during their time with the business and being the first point of contact for all the people related enquiries
- Assisting the management team in preparation for client and internal audits
- Drafting contracts and variations to contracts for contractors ensuring all are returned prior to start
- Ensuring all information held on our HRIS are up to date
- Managing the timesheet inbox and relevant queries, supporting our contractors through the payroll process
- Partnering with our offshore team of PO administrators to ensure the on-boarding requirements are met and act as a coach for your offshore colleagues
- Supporting the People Operations Manager with ad hoc tasks
**To be a successful Recruitment Onboarding Administrator you will have the following skills and experience**:
- Strong administration experience
- Strong report writing capability
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Able to keep to strict deadlines
- Able to prioritise effectively and manage a workload independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Calm under pressure
- Experience in managing high volume of workload in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiar with data protection and confidentiality
- Keen to develop new skills and knowledge
- MS Office (primarily Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Exposure to HR or recruitment systems
