Self-Pay Adviser | Competitive | Spire Edinburgh | Murrayfield | Full-Time - Excellent Benefits Spire Edinburgh Murray field Hospital have an exciting opening for Self Pay Adviser on a full time and permanent basis. If you are currently working withinan inbound or outbound call environment and fancy a change please get in contact as this could be the perfect next role for you. This role is about providingthe highest level of customer service to potential patients looking to enquire regarding treatment. It is a fast paced role and no two days are the same, full training will be given on the role and support thereafter. It's important to note there are no targetsas this is not a sales role but a high level customer service based role. The hours will be on a rota basis, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm. The primary responsibility of the Self Pay Adviser is to communicate effectively, positively and professionallywith customers in order to facilitate their conversion from enquiry to a clinical consultation, test or procedure with Spire Healthcare Duties and responsibilities Professional handling of self-pay enquiries (capturing enquirers details, booking appointments,resolving queries, giving information, providing advice and practical help) from phone calls and emails with prospective self-pay patients Adopt ethical techniques to convert enquiries to outpatient appointments, procedures or tests Meet team and individualtargets relating to conversion, revenue and appointments.
