Role Summary: An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join the business as Senior Finance Analyst based at our offices in Richmond upon Thames. We are seeking a highly commercial and analytical person with experience of business partnering. The Senior Finance Manager willbe a crucial member of the UK and MEA Finance team. Reporting to the UK&I and MEA Finance Director this role will have a commercial focus as the primary Business Partner to the Sales team. This role offers hybrid working options and excellent benefits. **Responsibilities**: - Business Partnering of UK&I and MEA sales team. Being point of contact for pricing support and deal structuring. Providing financial insight and advice, in a constructive manner but having confidence to challenge assumptions and persuade when necessary. - Taking the lead on Revenue, Billings and Bookings for the UK&I and MEA region during month end, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. - Providing commercial support for new products and partners. Financial modelling including discounted cashflows, scenario planning, break-even analysis. - Managing monthly Annual Recurring Revenue "snowball" reporting and managing project to automate this using Tableau. - Developing reporting on customer churn (type, reason, product) and feeding into re-forecasting and planning models. - Supporting Licence Audit process for UK&I Business unit. Analysing and validating usage data to look for usage in excess of contracted volumes. Production of regular MI and developing dashboards for senior management. Supporting Sales team to close opportunities. - Working with Sales Operations to support processing of complex deals into Salesforce CRM system. - Business Partner of UK&I Support and Customer Success Team, leveraging financial information to support key stakeholders. - Review of Monthly commissions file produced by Sales Operations prior to processing by Payroll. - Review of contracts produced by contracts manager to ensure accuracy and working with legal/contracts team as required on non-standard contracts. - Working with Credit control and Renewals teams to support escalation of overdue invoices and renewals. Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications: - Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with demonstrable PQE - Confident dealing with Sales people, senior non-finance stakeholders and external partners and customers - Highly analytical and creative thinker with the ability to come up with solutions to operational issues - Intermediate to Advanced Excel - Goal oriented: able to manage multiple priorities, eliminate obstacles and drive success; able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite and Tableau/Power BI would be advantageous - Experience working in the software industry or with Private Equity backed business - Prior experience working with Recurring Revenue models
