Commercial Associate (NQ - 3 PQE)
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, an elite level, tier 1 firm that has achieved and holds a number of esteemed accolades within the industry. This firm operates in a number of locations not only across the UK but also the global markettoo, making meaningful and lasting impacts wherever it goes.
The role available here is for a junior commercial property associate to join the well experienced and friendly team in Guildford. My also client realises that the working environment has changed and as such is allowing its staff to make use of hybrid working,spending 60% of the time in the office and 40% remotely.
The role is to support the Real Estate Group in a wide range of commercial and Real Estate transactional work including Landlord and Tenant matters, commercial leases, investment and disposal transactions, including portfolio transactions.
As the employer in question is such a high level firm, it is important that you as an individual have the right drive and mentality to maintain the high standards that its clients have come to expect.
As an individual, you will likely:
- Be a newly qualified Associate with previous experience in a Real Estate trainee seat
- Although not essential, it would be desirable to have some experience of both commercial and residential leasehold property work
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Have technical expertise, of both commercial and mixed use real estate including in research of difficult matters
The salary for this role is negotiable upon interview but this employer offers some of the most competitive salaries in the market.
