**Job Title**: Out of Court Resolutions Coordinator
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week
**Salary**:£24,000 - £26,999 per annum
(All new recruits enter at the lower end of the salary band)
**Base**:Hybrid Home/Office (Min. 2 days based at Hampton Trust office in Ashurst)
**will be required to attend regular meetings and training events at our Ashurst**
**office.**

Hampton Trust currently delivers a portfolio of interventions for lower risk, first time offenders as part of an effective out of court resolution (OoCR) for responding to Domestic Abuse within the criminal justice system. Our leading intervention Project CARA is currently operational across nine police forces with plans to expand to new areas in the future.
We are looking to recruit a OoCR coordinator, working flexibly from our Head Office in Ashurst who will be responsible for completing all operational administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of Project CARA. This ranges from managing and updating detailed client data records, developing schedules for service delivery, booking offenders onto available courses, liaising with our pool of workshop facilitators to communicating effectively with our designated Police staff across our force areas. Although based in Hampshire, the role supports CARA delivery across multiple Police Force areas.
In this role you must be highly organised and efficient with a systematic approach to prioritising competing tasks and deadlines. You will have a high level of computer literacy with particular experience in using Excel and data management systems in addition to being skilled in all aspects of administration. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with both offenders and Hampton Trust staff and our Police partners.
