**About The Role**:
Based within our LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Healthcare Centre in Newcastle (NE5 5HP) you will be accountable for the day to day administration and coordination of the safe delivery of the clinic. This will include the effective management and processing of new patient referrals, welcoming patients into the clinic, preparation of case notes and to working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to support on ad-hoc duties.

**About You**: To succeed in this role, you’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, along with the ability to make sound judgement and decision making that will deliver the best care to our patients. With a caring nature and an empathetic approach, you’ll be comfortable liaising with vulnerable individuals via the telephone and face to face. You’ll also need to be able to work to tight deadlines, strive to meet targets and have a strong eye on attention to detail.
