**Receptionist | Part Time**

**Manchester**

**£13,400 pa**

We are looking to recruit a front of house receptionist to be part of a job share team in a fabulous office building in a vibrant area of Manchester.

You should be an experienced receptionist taking pride in delivering a first-class tenant and visitor experience. You’ll have a can-do attitude and enjoy being proactive and ensuring any building issues are reported and managed. You will bring personality and efficiency to the building.

**The Role**

**Managing reception**
- meeting, greeting and registering visitors to the building - following sign in protocols
- post and courier management
- maintaining building processes documents and local amenities file
- ensuring excellent channels of communication between your job share
- weekly reporting to key stakeholders

**Building management**
- supporting the off-site Facilities Manager with building related administration
- managing contractors and ensuring any building issues are reported to the Facilities Manager
- pay particular attention to the health and safety of the building

**Tenant experience**
- you will work collaboratively with your job share to develop some events or activities to help create a community vibe in the building.
- you will work as a team to promote the initiatives on the buildings social media accounts and building app
- you will have a keen interested in local news and what’s happening in the area, keeping tenants informed with the creation of a monthly e-newsletter.

**About you**
- You are a well presented and experienced receptionist
- You are a team player and work well on a job share basis
- You have excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
- You are Mac/PC literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using social media and apps

**Salary: £13,400**

Hours - 8.30am-5.30pm alternate Wednesdays and every Thursdays and Fridays

No weekends.

Flexibility to cover your job share for holiday and sickness
