We are looking for a hands-on Front of House Supervisor who has a love of great food, drinks, people, and genuine hospitality. Someone with drive and ambition, who can inspire and motivate their team and themselves whilst delivering an amazing experience for all our guests.

**The Role**:
You will need to be a huge people person with an amazing forward-thinking attitude. To be an integral part of a team and deliver amazing hospitality experiences for all our guests whilst maintaining the highest of standards. We want someone who will break the norm when it comes to the guests experience through amazing passion and knowledge that will entice our guests to return time and time again. We are looking for those who want to progress within our group as we grow. We’ve got a very exciting growth plan and we’re looking for those who want to be a part of it.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- Is currently (or has been) a supervisor or manager in a Restaurant, Pub or Bar environment
- Is passionate about people, cares about our guests and team, creating a positive place to be
- Inspires teams to go the extra mile for our guests keeping expectations and standards high
- Ensures venues are clean, safe and welcoming for the benefit of the team and guests
- Passionate about coaching, developing and leading teams to be the best they can be
- Able to stay calm and lead their team to success in a high paced service

**We’re looking for someone who can**:

- Support the General Manager and Head Chef with recruitment, induction and on boarding of new team members
- Drive the team and business forward with the support of the General Manager and Head Chef
- Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach in both front and back of house
- Be an effective communicator, engaging and motivating the team
- Support with managing stock control and food and beverage margins
- Manage EHO, Health and Safety and routine brand audits to a high standard
- Ensure the team are continually given feedback and performance managed where appropriate
- Deliver to specification and brand standards both front and back of house
- Have an eye for detail and thrive in a high volume fast paced environment
- Show passion for our group and ensure the team are knowledgeable, confident, happy, motivated and engaged
