Due to internal promotion, **Jewson in Bishop Auckland** is recruiting now for **Tool Hire Assistant**, a **DRIVING** **LICENSE is essential for this role**

**Hours of work**:
**Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00**
**every other Saturday 08:00 - 12:00**

**Basic salary + Pension + Life Assurance + Private Medical + 31 day holidays per year**

**What will I be doing?**

You will be in regular contact with our Customers and therefore you play a huge part in delivering a fantastic customer experience. In order to support our customers and deliver a great service you will:

- Get to know our product lines and services - with training from us
- Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of our tool hire equipment in the workshop
- Process customer orders and keep customers update
- Organise tool hire delivery and collection
- Ensuring any technical problems, maintenance faults and repairs are dealt with efficiently
