**Finance & Administration Officer**
- **Based at Newquay Foodbank with option to work from home**:

- **£10.90 per hour**:

- **16 hours per week, flexible working hours**:
We are looking for a part time Finance & Administration Officer to join our team at Newquay Foodbank.

We are looking for someone to provide Financial & Administrative services to support the efficient running of the foodbank and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Main duties**
- Assisting with the purchasing of items, obtaining quotes, ordering and ensuring prompt payments
- Data entry onto Foodbank systems
- Payment of volunteer expenses
- Assist in the provision & preparation of figures for monitoring & Trustee reports as required by the Treasurer
- Ensuring Session Leads have adequate cash for shopping/client needs
- Reconciliation of credit and bank card statements, posting of the same
- Adhere to all data protection requirements
- Organise the collation and distribution of information such as flyers & newsletter for both internal & external stakeholders as required.
- Follow all policies & procedures including safeguarding & confidentiality agreement.
- Keep operation manuals up to date
- Carry out tasks under the guidance of the Operations Manager
- Report any health and safety concerns

**About you**
- Basic Book-keeping skills desired but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Attention to detail
- Organised and self motivated
