As an Early Careers Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Campus Recruitment Leads with design, planning and delivery of a comprehensive campus engagement and attraction strategy, aligned to business demand and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute recruitment events and initiatives aimed at attracting diverse early career talent
- Support the delivery of DEI-focused recruitment efforts to ensure a more inclusive talent pipeline
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with university career services, and core selected engagement partners to promote the company brand
- Contribute to tracking and analysing event metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus initiatives and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with overall Early Careers recruitment goals
- Assist in organising campus ambassador programs, internships, and other engagement opportunities
- Stay informed on campus recruitment trends and best practices to continuously enhance strategies

**Purpose of the role**

**Accountabilities**
- Onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation sessions administration, to facilitate a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Monitoring and reporting of key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost per hire, and source of hire, including the identification of areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Stakeholder management of hiring managers, academic institutions sourcing firms and professional organisations to develop a strong talent pipeline..
