**Residential Support Worker - Children’s service**
**Locations**: Wolverhampton
- **Salary: Up to £29,620.00 dependent on number of sleeps**
- **Hours: Average 40 hours per week (1 on, 2 off rota)**
- Salary of 23,800 -25, 300 and sleep in rates of £60. ** £29620.00based on 6 sleep ins per month.

**Make a difference to Children in our Care**:
**Do you have at least 1 years’ experience is a Residential Care setting, maybe in an adult’s settings where your skills gained to date are transferrable and you just fancy moving into a children’s home setting, or you have experience in an Education setting. We could put you through the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) and if completed within the agreed timescale you could earn £1000 bonus.**
**Our home in Wolverhamton is in the local community supporting upto 3 young people with mental health and associated needs.**

**Hours**:Average 40 hours per week (1 on, 2 off day rota)

As a **Residential Support Worker,** you will carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual support required by the children and young people in our care. You will support the children & young people to appointments and other fun activities, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, complete relevant paperwork, and where appropriate administer medication. You will create positive relationships with the children & young people, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Experience in Residential childcare (preferred, but not essential)
- Hold a Diploma Level 3 in diploma for residential childcare or equivalent (preferred, but not essential)
