This highly regarded regulatory body based in London has an excellent opportunity available for a talented individual to work collaboratively with other team members and provide a coherent approach to conducting regulatory investigations. The successful caseofficer will be a key member of this thriving team and will offer effective support towards our client’s business and strategic objectives.
- Taking responsibility for the investigation of potential breaches of codes of conduct
- Ensuring that decisions are consistent and reflect the agreed decision-making criteria, regulations, policies and procedures
- Identify, raise and act in relation to issues arising from the work including submitting written reports where appropriate
- Liaise and assist with the conduct of litigation arising from issues related to the work of the team
