**Technical Client Support Executive**

**Salary package: C.£25,000**

We’re on the lookout for a technically proficient, client-facing individual to join our well-established, Leeds-based multi-channel design & marketing agency. We think we’ve got the best team we’ve ever had, and there’s now a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Client Support Executive to join us, if you fancy coming on board?

**About this role**:
You’ll be managing the client set up, implementation, technical support and smooth running of “the HUB” (our services that include PIM, DAM and other related software), and will be responsible for managing client’s needs and expectations and the interchange of data between the HUB services and end users. A key part of the role is to analyse, respond to and resolve client service incidents and requests raised. You’ll receive training on the products and services you’ll be supporting, but the role will be a great fit if you have:

- A level of technical knowledge (ideally of PIM and / or DAM systems)
- A good understanding of data structures and an ability to manipulate data
- Proven experience of customer technical support delivery
- Business process awareness and customer facing capability
- Investigation and diagnostic skills
- The ability to assess, plan and deliver solutions in a logical manner

**What you’ll be getting up to day-to-day**:

- Taking briefs and advising clients on the correct set up and configuration of our systems
- Liaising with clients to analyse, review and explain request solutions where required
- Provide software support for clients, troubleshooting and maintaining frontend and backend systems
- Guiding and training clients on usage of our products
- Working with the Digital Developers to scope out, implement and oversee updates and enhancements to core software products

**We’d ideally like you to have**:

- 2 years of relevant experience
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems (or similar)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convey technical information in an easy-to-understand manner
- Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
- Extremely detail oriented and highly organised
- Ability to prioritise tasks and carry out responsibilities with mínimal direction

**And if you have these skills, then even better (but not essential)**:

- Experience of scripting languages
- Any software development expertise (particularly skills such as Ruby on Rails, PHP, Java, SQL)
- Microsoft technology skills - Azure/Server OS/SQL/Sharepoint/Office 365/Exchange
