Engagement Lead

**The Opportunity**:
This Engagement Lead will, above all else, earn the respect and trust of the customer through knowledge and understanding of service delivery and how this fits into the customer’s environment. This role is **NOT a software development project role**. This is a service and system delivery project management role. This person will represent the business and commercial interests of the project and minimize and manage risk. You will review unique business and technical project parameters and define a successful solution for the implementation and integration of Imperva technologies.
Beyond your great attention to your clients, you will:
- Ensure that Imperva products are deployed and operating to meet customers’ expectations
- Provide customers with progress reports and other project documentation
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to work with all levels of an organization (both internally and externally) with experience of both working cross-functionally and geographically
- Demonstrate competence in implementing improved or completely new experiences from initial client sales meetings through implementation and project closure.
- Grow client relationships from a profitability standpoint; drive revenue growth and develop the entire relationship within a client organization.
- Discover client needs and structure projects to deliver on business strategies while also balancing users’ needs.
- Actively track and communicate program status, risks, issues, and opportunities as appropriate to both client and internal project teams.
- Participate in business development and pre-sales activities to grow and build the pipeline.
- Ability to forecast the Services delivery revenue on a weekly basis and highlight any risk to the forecast numbers.
- Create Statements of Work and be responsible for their successful execution; control project scope and issue Work Change Orders appropriately.
- Manage client and project expectations and schedules, serving as the day-to-day client contact.
- Sound knowledge of project management disciplines and structured methodologies and best practices
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to both external clients and internal project teams
**Qualifications**:
- Over 5 years of security project management experience
- Over 5 years of service delivery experience
- Over 10 years IT industry experience with a clear career progression from implementation through to project management.
- BSCS or equivalent experience
- Required travel (approximately 50%) within region and internationally when needed
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal—required; Additional languages highly desired
- Highly motivated, driven and passionate about technology and customer success
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; excellent interpersonal skills; at ease and comfortable working in a client environment;
- Willing and capable of working from home
