**The Role**

We're delighted to once again be working with The Holker Group. The Holker Group is a diverse range of businesses in South Cumbria including let property, farming, forestry, leisure and tourism, stone and slate quarrying, property development and estate agency. Responsibilities include:

- Administer payroll processes for companies within our portfolio making sure that every payslip is accurate, and every employee is paid on time.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Manage company pension schemes and pension contributions
- Maintain payroll records, process changes, and manage employee information with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Oversee year-end payroll processing including completion of P60s for all staff and generating P11Ds where relevant.

**About You**

We're looking for a highly focused and detail-driven professional to join the finance function. Ideally, you will have had significant payroll exposure or have been within a fast-paced finance team. We foresee that this role with be split 50/50 between payroll and wider finance administration, so you'll need to be an excellent communicator and able to confidently switch between competing priorities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a supportive yet autonomous environment where your contribution will make a significant impact on the success of the business and its people.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
