**IT Team Leader**
- **Salary**:

- up to £45,000 - £55,000 plus bonus and industry leading benefits package
- **Location -** West Midlands (hybrid - 1 day per week in the office)

**Role**

As an IT Team Leader, you will lead the operational service for my clients CRM solution. You will lead and oversee internal DevOps resources and 3rd Party partners in maintaining the operability of the service as well as use your stakeholder management skillsto ensure service priorities are agreed with the business and dependencies are understood in order to support key strategic initiatives. The role requires strong people management experience, along with a proven track record of leading highly engaged teams,using an Agile delivery framework to deliver exceptional service

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop direct reports so that they know what is expected, are able to maximise their contribution to business objectives and realise their potential.
- Lead and support staff using appropriate IT expertise in order to verify and validate technical solutions and IT deliverables in line with IT quality standards.
- Establish and communicate IT and Corporate Processes as appropriate, to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance and promote continuous improvement.
- Plan and evaluate activities within area of responsibility in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders that are aligned to agreed resources and IT processes, SLAs, KPIs and objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT and Team's activities.

**Key Skills and Experience required**:

- Must be experienced in managing a technical team to deliver the expected service to end-users, ideally using Agile Framework / DevOps model although this is not essential.
- Can demonstrate experience of Service Management, including incident and problem handling, risk and issue management, and prioritisation of critical service / maintenance tasks.
- Experience of recruiting, building and motivating new teams that demonstrate strong engagement and customer focus
- A formal qualification in / or awareness of the ITIL framework is desirable.
