We are an employee orientated, professional and safety conscious organisation based in Eastbourne and we are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join the business and provide support to our customer facing departments, including sales and aftermarket.

You will be joining our Eastbourne site which has over 100 employees utilising a broad range of hardware and software.

**In this Customer Service Advisor role you will**:

- Provide general administrative support to the sales/aftermarket teams including providing quotations to customers and our channel partners
- Raise orders for pump units/spare parts orders and prepare contract documentation
- Ensure all information is stored effectively and input into the manufacturing system accurately
- Maintain and update quote / opportunity records in MS Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system
- Manage enquiries, support proposal creation and general customer support

**Knowledge and Experience required**:

- Minimum A-Level or equivalent, ideally with formal customer service and administrative experience
- Strong all-round communication skills
- MS Office programs including Outlook, Excel and Word
- The ability to prioritise a variable workload

**Personal Skills and Qualities**:

- A genuine interest in technology and the latest hardware
- Team working and good communication skills
- Have a good eye for detail
- A desire to resolve issues as quickly as possible
- Problem solving and trouble shooting
- Willingness to learn
