**Salary**: £18,000 to £30,000 OTE (Three-month probation period; after completion the annual salary will be £20,800 plus generous commission structure)

**Hours of work**:10:00am-6:30pm Monday - Thursday and 9:30am-4:30pm Friday

Here at Waddle Insurance, as we undergo a stage of growth, we are looking to expand our team of Junior Financial Advisers.

We offer extensive training throughout your career at Waddle Insurance with an intensive training process to get you ready for life at Waddle Insurance. This is done via one-to-one sessions with your manager, including sales training on the office floor with your team. Meaning you will have plenty of time absorb and learn all insurance product information before you even pick up the phone

Career progression opportunities to the role of Senior Financial Adviser and other roles are available and we are always looking for our team to strive to do their best and gain industry standard qualifications.

**Key responsibilities for a Junior Financial Adviser**
- Take incoming calls
- Learn and understand the unique process at Waddle Insurance
- Educate our clients as first point of contact
- Document handling
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professional development
- Manage your workload effectively
- Make sure the client is fully aware of the benefits of our service and work closely with the Senior Financial Advisers to ensure an effective handover.
