**We have an immediate opportunity for a Cleaning Team Leader to join a leading facilities provider in their Facilities Management team. This role is based in Ware and is offering up to £35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum.**
- To manage the overall provision of Facilities Support Services **(Clinical cleaning)**to the management team to enable the efficient usage of the facility services to all users.
- To work closely with the clients Facilities Management team and other important stakeholders to ensure the achievement of CPI / KPI / PI from the support team in line with the current line of works.
- To handle the direct reports, involving all aspects of their performance, development, training, attendance, service delivery and QHES compliance.
- To manage the recruitment of qualified staff and handle all inductions and training programmes.
- To implement an effective management strategy of talent in-house to provide opportunities for succession and development through coaching, mentoring and performance management where applicable.
- To promote and oversee all areas of safety in line with the clients established policies and procedures.
- To take charge and ensure the compliance against all QHES controls by frequent inspection / audit, including monitoring of management.

**Skills Required**:

- Good experience in leading and management of a large team.
- Experience of working within a high pressure and highly compliant specialist cleaning environment. Also the ability to work towards short deadlines and changing priorities.
- Good Health and Safety awareness.
- To be self motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- To be innovative alongside a service-orientated attitude.
- Possessing experience in Operations Excellence techniques along with strategy development would be highly desirable.
- Strong communication with multi-service teams and a wide range of customers to achieve the results required.
- Good Health and Safety understanding / awareness.
- High level of IT literacy.
- General good health and fitness to ensure the upkeep of the above.
