VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a **Mortgage Admin** for a leading Mortgage Advisor company.

This is a **Permanent** position - **Monday - Friday - Position of work can be Bangor or Newtownabbey**

**Salary**:
£23,000 - £25,000 + Fantastic Benefits package & Progression

**Responsibilities**:

- mortgage and protection business processing and submissions.
- customer update calls.
- customer service calls, asking for reviews, updating customers.
- dealing with general customer queries.
- answering inbound customer calls.
- meeting daily activity targets.
- working within a team to take on administrative duties.
- dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders.

**The Ideal Person**:

- **CriteriaDesired skills**:

- 1 years’ experience in an administrative role ideally in a financial services role.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to understand complex information clearly
- Work well within a team
- Natural eye for detail

INDPH

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
