In partnership with the University of Buckingham, Habs offers a rigorous and supportive training programme leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE. Each year, we recruit and employ 1-4 graduates based on current workforce needs across our Senior Schools.

**Our three-year salaried programme includes**:

- In-house training aligned with the ITT Core and Early Career Frameworks
- Collaborative learning across our family of schools
- A contrasting placement in a local maintained school to broaden experience

**Who Should Apply?**
We’re looking for individuals who are:

- Reflective, resilient, and committed to professional growth
- Graduates of a UK university with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Holders of GCSE grade B (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship for the duration of the programme
