A well-established Regional Property Consultancy based in Surrey are seeking a Commercial, active and self-driven Agent to join their expanding commercial department. The role will involve lettings, disposals and acquisitions of office, industrial and retail space in a patch largely covering South West London and the South West M25 sector. You will ideally have experience in traditional agency work and have the ability to handle a wide level of instructions and liaise/report to multiple clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrange and attend property inspections
- Liaise with Landlords, Vendors and Occupiers
- Negotiate terms directly with Landlords, Vendors and Occupiers
- Deliver marketing reports and provide appropriate strategy advice

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years commercial agency experience
- Experience of using CRM systems
- RICS accredited degree (preferred)
- Ability to build long-standing relationships

You will be working for one of the largest independent property agencies covering SW London/M25 sector with a unique knowledge of this location and a continuing level of new instructions to be serviced within these areas.
