Our new branch, Enlightened Minds is a rapidly expanding neurodevelopmental assessment service, offering ADHD and Autism assessments and post-diagnostic support.
We have now reached the point in our growth where we need additional administrative support to join our existing in-house office team on a part time, self-employed basis at our Ayr Clinic. This role is specifically to support our ADHD/Autism assessment service.
As admin assistant, this role will be crucial in supporting the smooth running of the neurodevelopmental service. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, conscientious, with excellent written and communication skills and attention to detail.
This role may also be of particular interest to those training in a mental health discipline as supplementary employment/ experience.
The key duties for this role will include (but not limited to):
- Working within the existing admin team at our Ayr Clinic
- Reviewing, editing and collating formal psychological assessment reports.
- Dealing with other professionals and liaising with private clients and clinicians.
- Managing client records via our electronic practice management system.
- Managing /completing spreadsheets.
- Assisting in the coordination of the ADHD and Autism assessment service.
- Assisting with scoring of psychometric data/assessments.
- Supporting the in-house management team where required.
- General house-keeping within the office space.
This is a self-employed, part time office-based position for 10 hours per week, initially, between Monday to Friday in line with the needs of the business. Exact working times are negotiable. This role requires a degree of flexibility.
Pay rate is dependent upon experience. Previous employment references are required.
