We are searching for a special person for our next Room Supervisor, someone who is experienced, caring and knowledgeable.

You will be passionate, enthusiastic and committed about childcare. You will work to excellent standards and have an excellent understanding of child development, the EYFS and the recent Reforms, so that we continue to lead and ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice. It would be beneficial to be qualified to the level of Degree / EYT, but not essential. You will be computer literate and able to use MS Word as well as tablet-based observation and assessment recordings.

Our nursery uses a Montessori curriculum and, if you are invited for interview, you will be expected to have researched this philosophy. When recruited, you will be fully supported and trained in the Montessori ethos and practice.

The role is a 40 hour week and the nursery is open 51 weeks/year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
