**Contract Type: Established Part time & Full time hours with Afternoons and Early Evenings working.**

**Location: Knaresborough Children and Family Hub with some home working.**

**Weekend Working - Occasionally.**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join North Yorkshire Council’s Early Help Service in the West locality area as a Children and Families Support Worker. This involves working in partnership to deliver a wide range of interventions and support to parents, carers, children, young people and their families to improve outcomes.

Based at Manor Road Children and Family Hub in Knaresborough, you will be required to work across the Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon and Craven districts. The role will also involve supporting colleagues across other areas and travel further afield where necessary to support children and families. North Yorkshire Council supports Hybrid way of working.
