This part-time receptionist position will see you joining leading a leading Educational establishment, initially on a temporary basis working Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 8am - 5.00pm. This role is located in Central Cambridge, offers onsiteparking plus a free lunch

As mentioned above this role is part time, whilst the role is initially temporary our client will also be recruiting for this role on a permanent basis, on a hourly rate you will earn £10.50ph - £12.00ph and, if you moved forward into a permanent role thePR salary will be £14,108 (£23,514 FTE).
The team here are collaborative, they like to upskill their existing staff, train and develop from within and pride themselves on their strong sense of community. This position will see you dealing with various staff members within the team but also externalmembers really putting you in the heart of the organisation.

Working as a Receptionist on a day to basis you can expect to;
- Ensure visitors to site are greeted and guided to the right area in a timely manner
- Answering calls coming into the School
- Respond to visitor requests and questions that arise
- Maintaining stationary levels
- Undertake general administrative tasks as requested
- Organise any travel needed such as transport for school outings
- Sort and deliver incoming post
