We are currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Transport Administrator to join our GXO team, in Thatcham. You will be working 40 hours a week, on any 5 from 7 shift pattern.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Completing administration tasks for the site daily
- Ensure all POD’s are completed correctly and efficiently
- Working to meet KPIs and strict deadlines
- Maintain good rapports with other departments within the RDC, transit points and customer services, to ensure efficient operations and communications are achieved
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Good knowledge of ESP, SAP and LES
- Organisational and problem-solving skills would be advantageous
- Previous experience in Administration, Fleet and Warehouse environment would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
