Casual Kennel Assistant

Casual kennel assistant wanted for busy kennels.

Be able to commit to 1 to 5 days per week to include weekends.

Hours 7.30 am - 5.00 pm Meets minimum wage.

The role will include walking, feeding and cleaning, along side dealing with customers, answering phone calls, taking bookings and overseeing drop off and collections.

You must be flexible and available weekdays and weekends. Must be confident with dogs, cats and other small animals. Previous experience and knowledge of animal welfare is desired but not essential. We are looking for someone who is hard working, reliable, punctual, can work independently and as a team and is also committed to the job.

Please note we can only accept applicants from the age of 16 or over.

The applicant must;
- Be confident in handling and caring for dogs, cats and small animals.
- Have a natural manner with the public.
- Has a passion for animals.
- Must be able to drive as the kennels is situated in a rural area.

Job type - 1 Casual contracts
