Recruitment Branch Manager

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an additional **Recruitment Branch Manager** to join our established and award-winning office in **Nottingham**

**_Where will you be working?_**

The Nottingham office is based in the heart of the city on Bridlesmith Gate, a lovely area full of fashion boutiques and some great options for food and drink.

We’re proud to be the largest supply teacher agency in the region, with the Nottingham office covering Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and surrounding authorities and providing work for thousands of supply staff.TeacherActive is a massive presence in schoolsacross the region, helping teachers and support staff into work in educational establishments on a daily basis across mainstream primary and secondary schools, FE colleges, and SEN schools and units.

**_What will you be doing?_**

As a billing Recruitment Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, with the full support and guidance of senior management. This is a billing role, so you will need to have a successful track record of agencyrecruitment and ideally have some management experience in education or social care agency recruitment.

You will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving this successful branch to its full potential. It is important that you possess the skills to motivate, inspire and develop a team.

- A successful billing record in agency recruitment
- Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers
- Confident and resilient personality
- Great organisational skills and flawless work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the education recruitment market
