The academies are based in the North West and include two in Blackpool, South Shore Academy which is a secondary school and Marton Primary Academy and Nursery.

The Learning Support Worker is an essential part of the SEN Team. They will deployed by the Lead SENCo Assistant, in consultation with SEN Team Leader (SENCo), to work directly with individual and small groups of pupils to promote their inclusion, enabling them to access learning and secure good outcomes. In addition, the post holder will provide general support to the SEN Team as required.

They will strive for excellence in all they do and be committed to providing first class provision for all our children. Excellent teamwork, high standards and a capacity to work hard will be at the core of their success. They will be flexible with the ability, determination and commitment to work collaboratively with the Head of School to continue the development of the Academy.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £15,852.00-£17,039.00 per year
