**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and reservations.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions securely.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and knowledge of Opera is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
