HR Advisor

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the People Business Partner, this versatile role offers a chance to provide impactful HR support across a high-energy environment. As our on-site HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering effective HR advice and guidance to Managers on a wide range of employee relations and generalist HR topics.

Working alongside the People Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with our Management Team to shape a positive workplace culture that aligns with our core values. This is a hands-on role with a diverse remit, including:

- Employee relations
- Employment law guidance
- Managing contracts and policies
- Supporting disciplinary and grievance processes
- Overseeing sickness, absence, and performance management initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**:
To thrive in this fast-paced role, you’ll bring:

- Strong employee relations experience, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a reactive setting
- Experience working in a unionised environment
- A self-motivated, driven approach with a can-do attitude
