Dispensary Operative

**The Company**

We work with some of the UK’s biggest retailers and brand owners and own the distribution and licensing rights to various brands in our own name.

**Job Purpose**:
To dispense raw materials for batches being made in Process in an efficient time, accurately recording all information that is required for traceability purposes.

**Duties**:

- Collect the raw materials needed for each batch
- Ensure all containers used to dispense raw materials are clean and fit for purpose.
- Follow individual batch sheets accurately and thoroughly, dispensing batches as per batch sheet instruction.
- Record the batch numbers of all raw materials dispensed.
- Record the individual weights of all raw materials dispensed.
- Return all raw materials which are no longer required back to chem warehouse
- Ensure dispensary is kept clean and tidy and follow Health & Safety rules and procedures at all times.
- Clear up any spillages and report these to the Process Manager in a timely manner.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT literate
- Good manual dexterity
- Able to work well under pressure
- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Thetford, IP24 1HZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
