**Responsibilities**
- Making and receiving phone calls daily
- Data entry
- Raising purchase orders & allocating costs
- Managing staff attendance sheets
- Ordering equipment and managing maintenance for grounds maintenance teams
- Dealing with sub-contractors
- Updating and scheduling in operatives’ diaries using our company software packages

**Skills**

Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
