Controls and Instrumentation Engineer

A global leader within the Energy and Power Sector is looking for a Controls and Instrumentation Engineer to join them. This business has been in operation for over 100 years, operating in 60 countries worldwide. It provides its services in a number of industrysectors including Renewable Energy, Waste, Power and Chemical.

**Some of your other duties as an Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Engineer will be**:
- Design and commissioning of complex projects from concept to the end of project lifecycle
- Be able to produce FAT and SAT Documentation
- Hardware and software system build & programming including DCS, PLC, HMI and SCADA
- Produce FDS Documentation, P&IDs, Drawings and Diagrams
- Functional Safety SIS and SIL classifications
- Previous experience as a Controls and Instrumentation Engineer, or Controls Engineer
- Will hold a relevant qualification/degree (HND)/(BEng) in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or similar
- Previous experience with communication networks (Profinet, Profibus and Modbus)
- Previous experience in the Oil and Gas or Renewable Energies sectors
- Hold a TUV Functional Safety Certificate or demonstrable knowledge
