**About the Job**

As a Fleet Administrator at Unipart Logistics you’ll assist with the day to day running of a fleet of 3000+ vehicles, ensuring that they are legally compliant and roadworthy. You are the first point of call for supporting engineers in the field and will help solve problems and minimise inconvenience and downtime. To be successful in this role you will need a strong administration background in a fleet or vehicle orientated environment.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

- Process parking fines
- Arrange vehicle deliveries and collections
- Order fuel cards
- Tax vehicles
- Order ancillary parts for engineer’s vehicles
- Book driver training courses
- Log accident reports on a dedicated Fleet System
- Move vehicles from the compound to other storage sites / garages
- Assist with preparing vehicles for new start engineers
- Raise recharges for vehicle damage
- Report using Excel / Google suite
- Audit systems to review data being held is current
- Support with other administrative duties as and when required

**About You**
- You have the ability to cope with the demands of a fast-moving and ever-changing set of priorities
- With a good eye for detail, you’re a skilled administrator with a real focus on the customer
- You’re used to working to targets and timescales
- You have excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service and understanding customer requirements
- You enjoy working as part of a team
